Each teen is matched with a mentor who provides support and stability to encourage the emotional and social development of the teen through group workshops designed to help each youth reach personal goals. This two -year program includes a weekend retreat, a youth workshop series, parent education and family activities, and referrals to educational, employment and social service resources to help teen parents.
